The DragonBar Your DragonBar may look different depending on your version of Dragon Medical One. Use the DragonBar to start/stop dictation, access the DragonBar menu, or get help.

Microphone status indicator The indicator changes to let you know whether the microphone is listening. The Microphone Status Indicator shows a spinning motion to let you know DMO is processing your voice.

Green = Microphone is on (listening).

Red = Microphone is off (not listening)

Blue = Microphone is in stand-by mode

Orange = Trying to pair with PowerMic Mobile.
