Live chat If available, using the Live Chat option from within DAX Copilot is the fastest way to get assistance.

1. With Dragon Medical One running on your computer, turn on your microphone and say, “ Open Chat ” to launch the chat window. o Or select the DragonBar menu and choose What You Can Say. o Then, use the Hamburger menu icon and select Live Chat. 2. From the Live Chat login screen, enter your name and email address. The last name blank is optional. 3. Select the Chat with DAX Copilot Support button. Your chat will begin in a separate pop-up window.
