DAX Copilot mobile – overview

This section of the guide covers the features and buttons available on the Summaries list of the DAX Copilot mobile application. Access DAX Copilot by logging in to the PowerMic Mobile

application on your mobile device. Then, select the DAX Copilot button at the bottom of your screen. DAX Copilot opens to your Summaries list by default.

If you ’re already familiar with DAX Copilot on your mobile device, you can choose to: Record a patient interaction Create a patient encounter Edit your summary on-the-go Edit your summary with DAX Copilot mobile Edit your summary at a computer Edit your summary with DAX Copilot on your computer Transfer the summary into your EHR Transfer

Summaries list view

① Date and timestamp

Your summaries are grouped by date and listed with the timestamp of when the first recording was ended.

If you have trouble finding your summary using the description, you can refer to the timestamp and cross reference with your schedule.

② Description

The first 150 characters of the transcript is displayed in the description for each summary on the Summaries list. This is the text you ’ re searching against when you use the search function. When you follow the best practice of starting your recordings with patient identifiers, it will be easier to search for the summary you want.
