Offline behavior This section of the guide discusses how the DAX Copilot mobile application will behave when you have a low-quality connection or no network connection at all. Here ’ s what to expect if you lose network connection on your mobile device. • Banner notifications will be displayed to let you know that you aren’t connected to a network. • I f you’re already logged in when you lose connectivity, you can still begin new encounters and add recordings as usual when you’re offline. • You won’t be interrupted i f you lose network connection in the middle of a recording. • Offline recordings will be stored on your device until network connectivity is restored. Then, they will be processed as usual. • If you lose network connection while a summary is still being written, do not edit this summary until the connection is restored. If you edit before the summary is written, when you are connected again, and the rest of the summary is populated, those changes will be overwritten. • If there is a problem processing the summary and the written output is incomplete, you can review the content and then add additional recording(s) to cover the information that was lost.
