DAX Copilot workflow overview Access DAX Copilot on your mobile device with PowerMic Mobile and from your computer with Dragon Medical One.

① Record your patient visit. Use DAX Copilot on your mobile device to capture the interaction between you and your patient. Then, DAX Copilot will analyze the recording and generate a clinical summary using artificial intelligence. On your mobile device, log in to DAX Copilot from PowerMic Mobile and begin recording. Start by verbally identifying your patient. Then, set your device down and proceed with your visit as usual. DAX Copilot will listen while you focus on examining your patient. Stop recording when you ’ re done and DAX Copilot will quickly produce a draft clinical summary, accompanied by a complete transcript of the visit for reference. ② Edit the summary to make it your own. The generated clinical summary is immediately available for you to review and modify, either in the mobile app or in the DAX Copilot window of Dragon Medical One on your computer. DAX Copilot allows you the flexibility to make changes to the clinical summary draft from either your mobile device or your computer, both leveraging the power of Dragon Medical One voice recognition. Choose where and how to edit your summary depending on your preference and unique needs. ③ Transfer your summary to your EHR. Open DAX Copilot from Dragon Medical One on your computer, select your clinical summary, and transfer the text to your EHR with a simple voice command. On your computer, use DAX Copilot from Dragon Medical One to transfer the text you want from your summary into your EHR and make additional changes if you need to. Use Dragon Medical One voice-to-text, custom commands, and Auto-texts along with your favorite time saving EHR functions to finalize your clinical document.

④ Finalize & Sign : When you ’ re satisfied with your clinical document, sign in your EHR.
