Summaries list view

The Summaries list will be empty until you have recorded your first encounter (or if you previously archived all your summaries).

① Date and timestamp Your summaries are grouped by date and listed with the timestamp of when the first recording was ended. ② Description The first 150 characters of the transcript is displayed in the description for each summary on the Summaries list. This is the text you’re searching against when you use the search function. When you follow the best practice of starting your recordings with patient identifiers, it will be easier to search for the summary you want.

③ Unread summaries will display with a blue dot next to the timestamp.

④ Summaries you’ve changed will display with the word Edited .
