① Open the summary you want to edit. Review the Summary tab to see what DAX Copilot wrote and edit as needed. Select the Transcript tab to see the full text transcript of your recording. The transcript is useful to recall specific discussion topics and the patient’s responses.

② Select Edit begin editing your summary.

If you’ve already begun editing this summary either on your mobile device or your computer, you won’t see the Edit button.

A message will display warning that once you begin editing a summary, you can no longer add ambient recordings. You’ll still be able to use Dragon Medical One to dictate additional information into your summary before finalizing.

Select Yes, start editing. If you choose Edit by mistake or need to add more ambient recordings, select Cancel. Or you can select Don’t ask me again to disable the warning and continue to edit.

③ Place your cursor in the section you want to modify. Turn on your Dragon Medical One microphone and use voice commands and/or edit with your keyboard and mouse to add information directly to your summary before transferring and finalizing it.
